The Good News: Henry and Hetty Share Almost Everything

Henry and Hetty are built on the same platform, so the vast majority of parts are fully interchangeable between the two. This includes:

Rods/Poles/Elbow

There's really only one part where the two models can differ: the round white filter.

How to Check Which Filter You Need

Every Henry and Hetty has a model code printed on the label underneath the handle, on top of the machine. This is the number you need to check before ordering a replacement filter.

Look for a code such as:

HVR200 or HET200

HVR160 or HET160

The number at the end of the code — 200 or 160 — tells you which filter size your machine takes.

Matching Your Model Code to the Right Filter

Simply check the label on your machine, match the last three digits to the table above, and you'll know exactly which filter to order.
