Payment

1. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay

& Apple Pay.

2. No surcharges are applied to consumer debit or credit card payments.

3. Full payment for your goods is taken when a new order is created.

4. We do not give out paper invoices. We will email an order summary to you if you have

provided us with an email address.

An Post to Ireland & UK

- Online order tracking code emailed to you on despatch.

- FREE DELIVERY on orders over €100 across Ireland.

- Orders sub €100 shipping cost: €0-19.99 ~ P&P €6.95, €20-49.99 ~ P&P €4.95, €50-99.99 ~ P&P €3.95. Order before 1pm for next working day delivery in Ireland. Pricing may vary depending on order contents (displayed in the shopping cart).

- Delivery is next working day in most cases across Ireland when ordered before 1pm. Occasionally

delivery can take longer.

AnPost to Mainland UK

- Online order tracking code emailed to you on despatch.

- €16.50 on orders up to €200 (includes UK export charges).

- FREE DELIVERY on orders over €200.

- Delivery is 5-7 working days in most cases when ordered before 12pm. Occasionally

delivery can take longer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. This does not affect your

statutory rights if delivery is unreasonably delayed.

Returns, Damaged and Faulty Goods

1. If your goods are damaged or faulty, we may need to test the item in question to confirm

the issue. This will be done promptly and without undue delay.

2. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product

together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic

evidence.

4. In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer’s

qualified engineer. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we arrange

for a replacement. Inspections will be carried out promptly.

5. Change of Mind Returns: (Online purchases only) In accordance with EU consumer law, you

have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any

reason. In the case of a 'change of mind' return, goods must remain unopened in their original

packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Change of mind applies only to

'Online' orders, change of mind is not accepted for in store purchases).

6.Special Orders - Products we do not normally stock that we specially order in for you can not be returned.
