Pricing & Content

1. All prices are shown in € euro and include VAT but exclude any delivery charges.

2. All prices on our website are Exclusive Online Prices. Prices and stock levels in store

may vary.

3. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your

order, except in the instance where an error has occurred with the price shown.

- Please note that prices may go up and down on a daily basis.

- When placing an order you are purchasing the item(s) at the price(s) shown at that time.

- Should a price subsequently change after your order is placed we are unable to adjust

your order to the new price.

5. We will endeavour to rectify all pricing or content errors as soon as possible but will not

be held liable in the meantime. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any

goods you have ordered:

- We will inform you as soon as we can, whereupon you will have the option of amending

your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

- If you cancel your order and it has not been dispatched we will give you a full refund.

- In the event that we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

6. We reserve the right to cancel an order in specific circumstances, including but not

limited to:

- Potentially fraudulent orders.

- Incorrect pricing due to major fluctuations in market value.

- Stock unavailability.

- Non-payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment

1. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay

& Apple Pay.

2. No surcharges are applied to consumer debit or credit card payments.

3. Full payment for your goods is taken when a new order is created.

4. We do not give out paper invoices. We will email an order summary to you if you have

provided us with an email address.

Availability

1. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

2. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

- Online order tracking code emailed to you on despatch.

- FREE DELIVERY on orders over €100 across Ireland.

- Orders sub €100 shipping cost: €0-19.99 ~ P&P €6.95, €20-49.99 ~ P&P €4.95, €50-99.99 ~ P&P €3.95. Order before 1pm for next working day delivery in Ireland. Pricing may vary depending on order contents (displayed in the shopping cart).

- Delivery is next working day in most cases across Ireland when ordered before 1pm. Occasionally

delivery can take longer.

AnPost to Mainland UK

- Online order tracking code emailed to you on despatch.

- €16.50 on orders up to €200 (includes UK export charges).

- FREE DELIVERY on orders over €200.

- Delivery is 5-7 working days in most cases when ordered before 12pm. Occasionally

delivery can take longer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. This does not affect your

statutory rights if delivery is unreasonably delayed.

Returns, Damaged and Faulty Goods

1. If your goods are damaged or faulty, we may need to test the item in question to confirm

the issue. This will be done promptly and without undue delay.

2. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product

together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic

evidence.

4. In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer’s

qualified engineer. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we arrange

for a replacement. Inspections will be carried out promptly.

5. Change of Mind Returns: (Online purchases only) In accordance with EU consumer law, you

have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any

reason. In the case of a 'change of mind' return, goods must remain unopened in their original

packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (Change of mind applies only to

'Online' orders, change of mind is not accepted for in store purchases).

Accessing our Site

1. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to

withdraw or amend the service without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our

site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2. You may use our site only for lawful purposes and not in any way that breaches

applicable law or regulation.

3. You may not use our site to knowingly transmit harmful programs or disseminate

unlawful or abusive material.

4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by

negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (the “Act”), the data controller is Vacuum Clinic, 2-3 Henry St, Prior's-Land, Limerick, Ireland.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

-Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.vacuumclinic.ie (“our site”).

-If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

-If required by law we will pass on your details to the relevant organisation.

-We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

-Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.

-From time to time we may contact you with news, updates and special offers. If you would like not to be contacted by us, please send an email to info@vacuumclinic.ie with the word ‘remove’ in the subject header. We will then remove you from our mailing list.

Rights & Legal

1. The Irish courts will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to

our site. These terms are governed by Irish law.

2. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to

amend our terms and conditions wherever consumer statutory rights are not affected.

Changes

1. We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Revised terms

will apply to future purchases only and not to orders already placed.
