Step 2: Read the Code

On the plaque, you'll see two possible identifiers:

A four-digit model number, e.g. SV14

A serial number, formatted like RA6-UK-XXXXXXXX

You only need one of these to find your parts.

Step 3: Search the Right Part of the Code

If using the serial number, only search the first three characters (e.g. RA6 from RA6-UK-XXXXXXXX). Don't type the whole serial number — just that short code.

If the serial number isn't available or has worn off, use the four-digit model number starting with SV (e.g. SV14) instead. This will also bring up the correct parts.

Step 4: Confirm the Code in the Product Description
